This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit adrychltd.com, or contact us directly by email, telephone, or by booking a consultation through our online calendar.

Direct contact: if you email, call, or book a consultation, we receive the personal data you choose to share. We use it only to respond and, where a consultation goes ahead, to deliver our services.
Website analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics. Analytics cookies are not set until you accept them via the cookie banner.
Search indexing: we use Google Search Console; it does not collect personal data from visitors.
Booking a consultation: processed by Google Calendar under Google's own privacy policy, in addition to this one.
4. Legal basis
Direct enquiries: legitimate interest and/or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Analytics and any future marketing tools: consent, given via the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as necessary and for legitimate business and legal record-keeping, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Sharing your data
We do not sell personal data. We use trusted providers (Google, for analytics, search indexing and calendar booking) strictly to operate this website, under their own privacy and security terms.
7. Your rights
